The SLT.1000 is built on a robust welded steel structure composed of a base, lateral supports, and an upper crossbeam, ensuring rigidity and stability during operation.
The machine is designed to guarantee accurate tension control, safe reel handling, and seamless integration into modern production lines.
Available configurations: Single (one reel) or Double (two independent unwinding units on the same frame).

- Movement controlled by low-friction pneumatic cylinder
- Closed-loop tension control with electro-proportional valve (0–10V)
- Oscillating arm position monitored via 0–10V position sensor
- Constant, stable, and repeatable tension control for optical applications
